This ancient fortress, situated near Limoges, has long since forgotten
its Middle-Age battles. It was here, at the “Château de Leychoisier”
that Victor Hugo found the inspiration for one of his poems.“Leychoisier” is set in countryside typical of the Limousin region- peaceful, undulating landscapes of meadows, forests, lakes and rivers.
